Treatment Alternatives to Safe Communities (TASC)
The TASC program offers a link between individuals who are incarcerated and suffer with substance abuse issues, courts, attorneys, and the treatment system.
TASC offers a continuum of services including:
- Evaluation and assessment of a client- Referral to a particular level of service
- Monitoring progress of TASC clients
- Providing linkage and feedback to the criminal justice system
The TASC program affords this population an opportunity to enter the world of recovery.
