Supported Employment Services

Employment Services helps to reduce barriers to employment for our consumers and provides them with the opportunity to obtain employment in integrated work settings with individual options. Employment Services are available to all adults with a mental health diagnosis, inclusive of persons with co-occurring disorders. Many have completed college and pursued higher education. Through our services they receive support, and learn specific job skills to regain the confidence necessary to succeed in the job market.

Individuals enter the Employment Services program to develop work skills and begin the task of becoming self-sufficient. A strong job match is the ultimate goal of Employment Services and is accomplished through the following:

* Job Development Skills Training
* Job Search Assistance
* Comprehensive pre-placement training
* On-Site Job Coaching
* Routine follow-up contact with the employer and the employee to proactively address any productivity problems
