Compass Center

Residential substance abuse treatment for adolescents is successful and can offer the needed treatment to combat addictions among our youth. Compass Center offers substance abuse treatment to male adolescents 13 to 17 years of age. The program is currently treating adolescents from throughout southwest Florida.

Compass Center is a 6-month residential program for adolescents who present a primary substance abuse diagnosis concurrent with a mental health diagnosis. The program offers individualized treatment and a daily schedule of activities including educational programs, drug awareness educational services, step counseling group, counseling group, special topics groups, individual counseling, school vocational counseling, aftercare services, a family program, community meetings, and activities/life skills groups.

Family involvement is strongly emphasized as adolescents are dependent emotionally, financially, and socially on their families.
